As founder and principal of Simoni Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, California, Payman Simoni, M.D., brings a comprehensive expertise in cosmetic plastic surgery to his work, along with an outstanding history of patient satisfaction.

 

The driving force behind Simoni Plastic Surgery since 2007, Dr. Simoni offers a broad diversity of plastic surgery procedures to clients throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, from tumescent liposuction and contouring to face lifts and rhinoplasties. Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Payman Simoni maintains affiliation with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the Triological Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

 

Recognized for his accomplishments as a researcher as well, Dr. Simoni has had articles published in such peer-reviewed scholarly journals as Laryngoscope, the American Journal of Otolaryngology, and the International Journal of Pediatric Otolaryngology.

 

Prior to the formation of Simoni Plastic Surgery, Payman Simoni, M.D., worked for Lifestyle Lift Beverly Hills and spent five years as Director of the Facial Plastic Surgery division at Long Island ENT Associates.

Highly trained in his field, Dr. Simoni completed his clinical training in otolaryngology and plastic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, performing as Chief Resident from 2000 through 2002. A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Yeshiva University, Payman Simoni earned his M.D. (with Research Distinction) and B.A. in Biology and Jewish Philosophy and History from these respective schools.

 

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Payman Simoni, MD, speaks multiple languages and retains close ties with the Jewish community. He attended Yeshiva University in the Bronx, New York, where he studied Jewish history and philosophy. In the early 1990s, Dr. Simoni traveled to Tel Aviv, Israel, to become a peace volunteer. The experience gave him an opportunity to utilize his Hebrew and Arabic skills. During medical school at Yeshiva, Dr. Simoni participated in the Albert Einstein Talmud Club. While in his residency, he joined the Knesseth Israel Congregation in Birmingham, Alabama.

Five years ago, Payman Simoni, MD, founded Simoni Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills. He offers an array of treatments and procedures at the center, including Botox, Juvéderm, Radiesse, and Restylane. Dr. Simoni has modified common facial procedures to eliminate the need for anesthesia. He believes the risks outweigh the benefits in many cases. Some of the procedures Dr. Simoni provides include lifts of the brows, face, and eyelids, as well as nose jobs.

 

Now treating patients in Beverly Hills, Dr. Simoni qualified for certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery). Dr. Simoni also completed Advances in Aesthetics Plastic Surgery, a program at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Before founding his practice, Dr. Simoni shared his knowledge through research and presentations. Two peer-reviewed medical journals published his studies, and he authored an article for Einstein Quarterly. In 2001, Dr. Simoni delivered his work “Effect of Air Bags and Restraining Devices on the Pattern of Facial Fractures in Motor Vehicle Crashes” at the spring meeting of the American Academy of Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. To network and remain current in his field, Dr. Simoni participates in multiple industry organizations, including the Long Island ENT Society, The Triological Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy
